Maharana Kumbha ( Rana Kumbha||Rana Kumbhakaran) was the Rajput Ruler of Mewar from Sisodia clan .
Maharana Kumbha was the Ruler of Mewar ,(Currently a part of Rajasthan ) . When All India was under the Rule of Muslims , The Brave Rajput King Rana Kumbha Stood and Held Hindu Flag , at that time Mewar was the only major state which was Independent .

Maharana Kumbha was the eldest son of Rana Mokal by his Parmar Queen, Sobhagya Devi, daughter of Jaitmal Sankhla, and thus united in himself the fine qualities of these two royal races of India, the culture of one and the chivalry of the other.
A King who Never lost a Battle - Maharana Kumbha
It is said that He was the Most Idol ruler,writer ,Powerful warrior, Culture loving , an Art loving and “A King who has Never lost any Battle “,
He destroyed the Muslim main capital of rajasthan – Nagaur and Captured it for the hindu rule .
The most powerful Muslim principalities in India at the time were defeated singly by the Rana Kumbha . These two Mohammedan kingdoms combined and simultaneously invaded Mewar from the west and the south; but Kumbha, supported by the chivalry of Mewar and inspired by the patriotic valour of the Guhilot Rajputs, vanquished them both.
Forts of Maharana Kumbha
Maharana Kumbha repeatedly defeated sultans of Malwa and Gujarat and built 32 forts in Rajasthan. Even the combined armies of sultans of Malwa and Gujarat could not beat Kumbha. To commemorate his victory over these Muslim rulers, Maharana Kumbha built the victory tower in 1440 A.D.
He erected Most famous beautiful temple of Rajasthan under his rule – The Ranakpur Temple .
The Main Attractive Fort of Rana Kumbha out of his 32 forts was – Kumbhalgarh Near Udaipur . which has few temples and 2nd longest walls on the earth (1st is great walls of china).
